2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸作为除草剂嘧草硫醚的重要中间体,在公开发表的文献上鲜有2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸含量分析的资料。采用液相色谱法对2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸含量分析方法进行了研究。采用甲醇和水、磷酸为流动相,选用Hypersil C18色谱柱,紫外检测器,对2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸的含量进行分析。标准偏差为0.31%,变异系数0.32%。回收率为99.6%。线性相关系数为0.999。在本文建立的分析条件下,测定2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸的有效成分的方法具有较好的线性,精密度和准确度,是较理想的分析方法。完全满足工业化对2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸的质量控制。
2-Chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid is an important intermediate of herbicides pyrithiothiazole. There is little information on the content analysis of 2-chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid in the published literature. The content of 2-chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid was analyzed by liquid chromatography. Using methanol and water, phosphoric acid as mobile phase, the content of 2-chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid was analyzed by Hypersil C18 column and UV detector. The standard deviation was 0.31% and the coefficient of variation was 0.32%. The recovery rate was 99.6%. The linear correlation coefficient is 0.999. Under the analytical conditions established in this paper, the method for determining the active ingredient of 2-chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid has good linearity, precision and accuracy, and is an ideal analytical method. Fully meet the industrialization of 2-chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid quality control.
