乙醇是醇类(低级醇)的代表物。只有掌握乙醇的化学性质,才能全面了解醇类的化学性质;只有搞清乙醇发生化学反应的规律,才能灵活运用醇类的化学性质并能正确书写有关化学反应方程式。在组织学生复习醇类化学性质时,我采取由具体到一般,再由一般到具体的方法:首先从分析乙醇发生每一个化学反应时的断键情况入手,归纳出醇类物质发生这个反应时断键规律。最后讨论不同醇出现的各种特殊情况。具体做法
