在民航高职院校众多教师中有一个重要组成部分是辅导员,他们不但担负起学生思想政治教育,还要关心学生的日常学习生活,他们的大部分时间都是在与学生接触。对学生的整体发展影响最直接、最密切的便是辅导员了。民航高职院校可以说是一种在人才培养过程中需要与民航企业合作的高等职业技术院校。在学校系统改革中,原来高校辅导员工作的角色定位与学校之间的系统需要存在着许多的不符合。为提高人才培养质量和水平,民航高等职业技术院校所开展的人才培养工作就必须满足合作办学企业的需求,这就要求民航高职院校重新定位职业辅导员的角色和素养。
An important component of many teachers in higher vocational colleges is counselors. They not only take up ideological and political education of students, but also care about students’ daily study life, most of which are in contact with students. The most direct impact on the overall development of students, the most closely is the counselor. Civil aviation vocational colleges can be said to be a kind of higher vocational and technical colleges that need to cooperate with civil aviation enterprises in the process of personnel training. In the reform of the school system, there are many inconsistencies between the role of counselors in colleges and universities and the systematic needs of schools. In order to improve the quality and level of personnel training, the personnel training work carried out by civil aviation higher vocational and technical colleges must meet the needs of enterprises that cooperate in running schools. This requires that civil aviation vocational colleges should reposition the role and accomplishment of career counselors.
