目的探讨丙戊酸钠(VPA)与卡马西平(CBZ)对脑电活动的影响。方法对单独应用VPA或CBZ治疗,且临床上发作已被控制的患儿进行脑电图(EEG)和脑电地形图检查。结果①VPA治疗组可使间歇期痫样活动(IEA)消失或减少500%以上达690%,而CBZ治疗组仅为440%。同时CBZ治疗组临床发作虽已被控制但IEA明显增多有4例,VPA治疗组则未见此现象。②VPA治疗组对脑电背景活动影响不明显,而CBZ可引起α波活动减少,θ波、δ波活动增加,治疗前后均具有显著性差异。③CBZ治疗组α1频段的相对功率及θ频段绝对功率和相对功率,其治疗前后比较经t检验,P值分别<005,<005,<001;而在VPA治疗组仅见θ频段相对功率在治疗前后有显著差异,P值<001。结论CBZ可使脑电背景活动变慢,甚至IEA增加,而VPA则影响不明显
Objective To investigate the effects of valproate (VPA) and carbamazepine (CBZ) on EEG activity. Methods Electroencephalography (EEG) and electroencephalogram (EEG) were performed on children who were treated with VPA or CBZ alone and whose clinical seizures had been controlled. Results ①VPA treatment group could reduce or reduce intermittent epileptiform activity (IEA) by 500% or more to 690%, while CBZ treatment group was only 440%. At the same time, the clinical onset of CBZ treatment group has been controlled but IEA increased significantly in 4 cases, VPA treatment group did not see this phenomenon. ②VPA treatment group had no significant effect on the background of EEG, while CBZ caused a decrease of α wave activity, θ wave, δ wave activity increased, before and after treatment were significantly different. ③ The relative power of α1 band and the absolute power and relative power of θ band in CBZ treatment group were compared before and after treatment by t test, P values were <005, <005, <001, respectively; while in VPA treatment group, θ Band relative power before and after treatment were significantly different, P value <0 01. Conclusion CBZ can slow down the background activity of EEG, even increase IEA, while VPA has no obvious effect
