矿用车柴油机振动信号进行去噪处理,对柴油机的运行状态监测和异常诊断具有重要的现实意义。以矿用车柴油机为实验研究对象,对4个不同测点进行时域分析和频域分析,得到最佳振动信号监测点;采用小波分层阈值去噪法,对柴油机振动信号进行分解和去噪处理。结果表明小波去噪的方法具有很好的去噪预处理效果,可以满足工程实际的需要。
