中石油阿克纠宾油气股份公司希望油田位于哈萨克斯坦共和国阿克纠宾州中部,是阿克纠宾州的重要产油区,单井日产可达500 m3。截至2008年8月,中方在希望油田共固井8口,其中有5口发生憋泵事故,留水泥塞最长达1 800 m,造成水泥浆低返,固井质量差。通过现场调研和室内化验,制定了该地区油层固井的施工方案,目前已固井12口,施工顺利,固井质量优良,有力地保证了该地区的产能建设。
PetroChina Aktobean Oil and Gas Co., Ltd. hopes that the oilfield is located in the central Akti Jubilee, Republic of Kazakhstan. It is an important oil producing area in Aktobe, with a production capacity of 500 m3 per well per day. As of August 2008, China hopes to cement a total of 8 wells in the field. Of them, 5 occurred in the pump and the maximum length of the cement plug was 1 800 m, resulting in low return of grout and poor cementing quality. Through on-the-spot investigation and laboratory tests, a cementing program has been formulated for oil well cementing in the area. At present, 12 cementing wells have been cemented and the construction has been well carried out. The cementing quality is good, which effectively ensures the capacity building in this area.
