我厂生产铝活塞和连杆铜套。铜套材料多采用БрОцС6-6-3;БрОцС5-5-5和БрОцС10-2等牌号的锡青铜。由于锡青铜的凝固范围较宽,所以铸件多产生气孔、疏松、针孔、砂眼等铸造缺陷,废品率平均在40%左右,严重影响产品的质量和产量。为了解决以上质量问题,我们在学习各厂验经基础上,发挥了“奋发图强,自力更生”的精神,以“三结合”的方法自行设计了一台“土洋结合”的真空吸铸机。经过多次试验和几个月的生产证明基本上解决了气孔、疏松、针孔和砂眼等铸造缺陷,使铸件质量大大提高,废品率显著下降。
