“订单式”人才培养模式作为一种校企合作的新模式,日益得到许多高等院校和企业的青睐。实际上,应用技术型本科院校旅游管理实施“订单式”人才培养还存在强调技能、忽略素质,校企脱节、“订单式”流于形式,“捆绑式”合作方式使企业与学生均受到过度制约等问题。结合应用技术型本科人才培养的特点,通过关注学生的素质教育及学科基础理论学习、变企业需求为行业需求等方式,对现行“订单式”人才培养模式进行改进和完善,培养高级专门型应用人才、强化旅游管理专业建设。
