定向增发(简称“定增”)是指上市公司向符合条件的少数特定投资者非公开发行股份的行为,也称非公开发行。2015年年初以来,随着A股市场的火爆,定增概念一度走高。然而,6月中旬以来,股市持续震荡不休,活跃了半年的定增市场也受到一定程度的冲击。一方面,上市公司定增项目面临市场行情考验,另一方面,监管层基于对股市“维稳”的态度也对定增一并从严监管。即便如此,看上去仍旧有不少上市公司的定增项目势在必行,
