高层建筑由于钢筋密集,钢筋施工极易出现质量问题,由于钢筋构造不当往往造成结构受力情况与设计偏差,从而引起工程质量问题,针对由于结构设计、施工过程中极易发生的节点钢筋设计不当、钢筋偏位、变形、绑扎错误、进行了理论分析并提出了处理的方案,有效地保证了施工质量,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。现对我国高层建筑混凝土框架结构破坏的方式进行简要论述,并结合钢筋结构各个方面的设计环节进行了探讨。
