在举国上下喜迎共和国五十华诞之际,党的十五届四中全会胜利召开,并通过了《中共中央关于国有企业改革和发展若干重大问题的决定》,这是我国国有企业的又一件大喜事。 历经二十年的国有企业改革正进入攻坚阶段,一系列深层次的矛盾和问题集中暴露出来,有待逐个加以解决。在这关键时刘,十五届四中全会为我们指明了进一步前进的方向。《决定》以邓小平理论为指导,总结了国有企业改革和发展的基本经验,明确了从现在到2010年国有企业改革和发展的目标——适应经济体制与经济增长
As the country celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Republic, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee was victoriously held and passed the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Major Issues Concerning the Reform and Development of State-owned Enterprises.” This is yet another of the state-owned enterprises in China. Great joy. After 20 years of reform of state-owned enterprises is entering a crucial stage, a series of deep-seated contradictions and problems have been exposed in a concentrated manner, which needs to be resolved one by one. At this critical time, Liu, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee pointed out further directions for us. The “Decision”, guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory, summarizes the basic experience of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, and clarifies the objectives of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises from now to 2010 - adapting to the economic system and economic growth.
