目的探讨婴幼儿反复性呼吸道感染(RRI)与机体血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)、微量元素(Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Cu)、急性时相反应蛋白(CRP、C3、C4)的水平关系。方法采用日本-7060型全自动生化分析仪,测定120例患儿(RRI组)血中免疫球蛋白、微量元素、急性时相反应蛋白的含量,并与118例健康儿作对照。结果发现RRI组血清Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg、IgG、IgA含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01或0.05);同时C3、CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01或0.05)。结论提示Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg元素低水平,IgG、IgA免疫球蛋白功能异常低下以及高水平C3、CRP,与婴幼儿RRI感染关系密切,是诊断婴幼儿RRI首选检查手段的生化指标,同时对RRI快速诊断治疗和预后有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between RRI and serum immunoglobulin (IgG, IgM, IgA), trace elements (Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg and Cu), acute phase reaction proteins (CRP, ) The level of relations. Methods The contents of immunoglobulin, trace elements and acute phase reaction protein in 120 children (RRI group) were measured by Japan -7060 automatic biochemical analyzer and compared with 118 healthy children. The results showed that the levels of serum Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg, IgG and IgA in RRI group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01 or 0.05), and the levels of C3 and CRP in RRI group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01 or 0.05). Conclusions The low levels of Zn, Fe, Ca and Mg, low IgG and IgA immunoglobulin levels, high levels of C3 and CRP are closely related to RRI infection in infants and young children. It is a biochemical indicator of the first choice for RRI in infants and young children, meanwhile, RRI rapid diagnosis and treatment of prognosis has important clinical value.
