目的观察无乳糖奶粉联合益生菌治疗婴幼儿病毒性肠炎疗效。方法将诊断为病毒性肠炎的164例患儿,以母乳或一般奶粉喂养为主,随机分为治疗组82例和对照组82例,对照组不改变喂养方式,予口服酪酸梭菌活菌散和常规治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上+无乳糖奶粉喂养,观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为93.9%,对照组总有效率70.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论无乳糖奶粉联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗婴幼儿病毒性肠炎疗效显著,未见不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of lactose-free milk powder combined with probiotics in the treatment of infantile viral enteritis. Methods A total of 164 children with viral enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 82) and control group (n = 82). The control group did not change the feeding mode, and oral administration of Clostridium butyricum And routine treatment. The treatment group was fed with lactose-free milk powder on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate was 93.9% in the treatment group and 70.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion lactose-free milk powder combined with Clostridium butyricum live bacteria powder treatment of infantile viral enteritis has a significant effect, no adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
