分析了几种矿井提升系统权绳保护方法的优缺点,提出了一种新的松绳保护方法──由安装在天轮轴承支座处的薄型测力传感器间接监测提升钢丝绳张力进行松绳保护。介绍了该方法的保护原理、关键技术及实现途径,并进行了可行性试验研究
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several rope protection methods for hoisting system of mines and proposes a new method for the protection of the slack rope: the slack rope is protected by the indirect monitoring of the tension of the wire rope by a thin load cell installed at the bearing of the wheel bearing . This paper introduces the protection principle, the key technology and the way of realization, and conducts the feasibility study
