测定了 15 %·霜·福种衣剂包衣西瓜种子后种子的发芽率及幼苗生长发育的几项指标。结果表明 ,种衣剂包衣对种子发芽率以及幼苗的子叶长、子叶宽和株高无显著影响 ;使幼苗主根长、须根数和百株鲜重分别增加了15 %、2 2 %和 7% ,植株体内丙二醛的积累量下降了 5 9% ,可溶性蛋白含量增加了 17% ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化物酶 (POD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)和多酚氧化酶 (PPO)的活性分别提高了 4 6 %、4 3%、31%和 5 7% ,差异显著。说明种衣剂处理西瓜种子后发芽安全 ,并能促进幼苗生长 ,提高抗病性相关酶的活性。
