本文将环芯法和切槽法分别与云纹干涉技术相结合,对过盈配合试样中的残余应力进行了测量.对于环芯云纹干涉法,通过使用不同焦距的场镜与CCD相结合,获得了变视场区域不同放大倍数的干涉条纹,实现了云纹干涉条纹的载波校正与零场调节;对于切槽云纹干涉法,提出了基于位移差的应力修正方法,克服了由位移释放区域过大造成的零级干涉条纹确定上的困难.本文研究中,针对过盈配合试件,将所提出方法的测量结果分别与钻孔云纹干涉法和钻孔应变电测法的测量结果进行了比较,结果表明:两方法的结果具有较好的一致性;相对于切槽法而言,云纹干涉环芯法的测量精度更高、更易于操作,而且可以获得面内残余应力的所有分量,具有更为广泛的适用性.
