基于云纹干涉技术的环芯和切槽残余应力测量方法的实验研究

本文将环芯法和切槽法分别与云纹干涉技术相结合,对过盈配合试样中的残余应力进行了测量.对于环芯云纹干涉法,通过使用不同焦距的场镜与CCD相结合,获得了变视场区域不同放大倍数的干涉条纹,实现了云纹干涉条纹的载波校正与零场调节;对于切槽云纹干涉法,提出了基于位移差的应力修正方法,克服了由位移释放区域过大造成的零级干涉条纹确定上的困难.本文研究中,针对过盈配合试件,将所提出方法的测量结果分别与钻孔云纹干涉法和钻孔应变电测法的测量结果进行了比较,结果表明:两方法的结果具有较好的一致性;相对于切槽法而言,云纹干涉环芯法的测量精度更高、更易于操作,而且可以获得面内残余应力的所有分量,具有更为广泛的适用性. In this paper, the ring core method and grooving method are respectively combined with the moire interferometry technology to measure the residual stress in the interference fit specimen.For the ring core moire interferometry, by using different focal length field mirrors and CCD phase The interference fringes with different magnifications in the field of view are obtained, and the carrier correction and zero field adjustment of the moire fringes are achieved. The stress correction method based on the displacement difference is proposed for the grooving moire interferometry, The displacement of the release area is too large caused zero-level interference fringes on the difficulties in this study, for the interference fit specimen, the proposed method of measurement results were drilled moiré interferometry and borehole strain gauging The results show that the results of the two methods are in good agreement with each other. Compared with the grooving method, the moiré interference ring core method has the advantages of higher measurement accuracy, easier operation and in-plane All components of residual stress, with a wider range of applicability.
