在长期的梨栽培中,各地形成了适合当地生态条件的优良品种,如秋子梨系统的安梨、花盖梨、香水梨、南果梨和满园香等;白梨系统的鸭梨、雪花梨、秋白梨、茌梨、砀山酥梨、库尔勒香梨、栖霞大香水梨等;砂梨系统的苍溪雪梨、灌阳雪梨、威宁大黄梨、宝珠梨等。这些品种多具有适应性强、较丰产、耐贮运等优点。但也存在着熟期过于集中,品种老化,有些品种品质欠佳等缺点。有必要对原有结构加以改善和更新,做到早、中、晚熟品种合理搭配,以提高果实品质,增加收入,使市场供应更加丰富。
