我厂创办于1976年,是一座拥有18门轮窑的乡办小企业.1993年底前由于经营不善,总负债已高达109万元,出现了严重的资不抵债局面.在企业危难之际,乡领导及时调换了企业的领导班子,新的班子组成后扎扎实实狠抓企业管理,1994年初见成效,堵住了漏洞,当年实现利税13.5万元.1995年又乘胜前进,实现利税28.9万元,初步还清了旧债,摘掉了亏损企业的帽子.1996年度企业主要推行了“以市场为导向,强化目标成本管理”,取得了实现利税57.5万元的历史最好成绩,利税指标与上年同期相比上升了99%,同年企业被评为市明星企业.
