“世上本无所谓的垃圾,只有堆放不正确的物资。”垃圾分类做到这个程度,人类文明就上了一个新台阶。笔者十几年前就考察过日本的垃圾分类,充分关注了上海率先强推垃圾分类,也曾撰文《垃圾分类管理,企业来“接招”》(《企业管理》杂志2019年第7期)。近期,笔者前往上海和广东等地实地考察,特别观察了几家垃圾发电厂和填埋场,并采访了多位正在垃圾处理企业一线工作的管理人员,对垃圾分类工程有了更多思考。
