油田生产的能耗环节大体上可分为机械采油系统、注水系统、集输系统和锅炉、加热炉系统等。其中加热炉系统在能耗上也占有比较大的比重,主要用能设备是加热炉,目前,油田用加热炉主要存在设备老化、小型加热炉较多、效率偏低、燃烧不充分、炉内腐蚀结垢等问题,所以优化加热炉的运行效率就决定了加热炉系统能源的利用水平。
