[目的]了解2007~2009年山东省疾病预防控制机构人力资源状况,为加强人才队伍建设提供科学依据。[方法]对2007~2009年山东省省、市、县三级疾病预防控制机构人力资源资料进行分析。[结果]全省疾病预防机构现有人员数超过编制数,专业技术人员所占比例省、市、县三级分别为85.63%、70.14%、84.92%;年龄构成均以30~49岁为主,三级分别占59.28%、59.01%、63.67%;全省机构人员职称以中级为主,无技术职称、初级、中级、高级职称人员的比例为1∶2.85∶3.29∶1.19;学历构成均以专科以上为主;专业以预防医学为主,占29.72%。[结论]山东省疾控体系人员与国家规定有一定差距,尤其是县级疾控机构差距较大,仍需继续加强疾控机构能力建设。
[Objective] To understand the status of human resources of disease prevention and control institutions in Shandong Province from 2007 to 2009 and provide scientific basis for strengthening the construction of qualified personnel. [Methods] The data of human resources of the CDC’s three levels of disease prevention and control institutions in Shandong Province from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed. [Results] The current number of disease prevention agencies in the province exceeded the number of compilation, the proportion of professional and technical personnel at the provincial, municipal and county levels were 85.63%, 70.14%, 84.92% respectively; the age composition was mainly from 30 to 49 years , Respectively, accounting for 59.28%, 59.01% and 63.67% respectively. The titles of the institutions in the province are mainly mid-levels and no technical titles. The ratio of junior, intermediate and senior titles is 1: 2.85: 3.29: 1.19. Specialty mainly above; professional to preventive medicine, accounting for 29.72%. [Conclusion] There is a certain gap between the disease control system personnel in Shandong Province and the national regulations, especially the large gap between the CDC agencies at the county level and the need to continue to strengthen the CDC capacity building.
