国有企业绩效评价一直被看作是企业计划与控制的有机组成部分,随着经济全球化和我国由工业经济时代向知识经济时代的迈进,把通用的绩效管理方案应用于国有企业,略显水土不服。就我国国有企业绩效评价的情况而言,我国目前的绩效评价体系已不适应新时期企业绩效评价及企业经营管理的要求。本文结合我国国情,提出了适合国有企业的绩效管理的方案,对国有企业进行合适的绩效评价,不断提高员工的职业能力与工作绩效,最终带动整个企业的发展。
State-owned enterprise performance evaluation has been regarded as an integral part of enterprise planning and control. With the globalization of the economy and China’s move from the era of industrial economy to the era of knowledge-based economy, the general performance management program has been applied to state-owned enterprises. Not satisfied. As far as the performance evaluation of China’s state-owned enterprises is concerned, China’s current performance evaluation system is no longer adapted to the requirements of enterprise performance evaluation and enterprise operation management in the new era. This paper, based on China’s national conditions, proposes a scheme for performance management of state-owned enterprises. It will perform appropriate performance evaluations on state-owned enterprises, continuously improve their professional capabilities and job performance, and ultimately drive the development of the entire enterprise.
