根据上级部署要求,福清市从去年11月份起着手开展道路交通事故社会救助基金管理工作,组建了救助基金管理中心,出台了救助基金管理办法等制度,并于今年3月份正式启动道路交通事故社会救助工作。目前救助基金总体运行正常,救助工作取得了明显进展。一、一年来主要工作(一)强化组织领导,组建管理机构根据省财政厅等下发的《福建省道路交通事故社会求助基金管理试行办法》(闽财金【2010】16号)文件规定,我市政府和局领导高度重视,迅速组织贯彻落实。经市委编办批准成立市道路交通社会救助基金
