目的掌握本溪市蚊类种群构成及分布,为指导蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法采取灯诱法对本溪市居民区、医院、公园3种场所的蚊密度进行监测。结果 2001-2010年本溪市住区蚊类种群构成为淡色库蚊、刺扰伊蚊、朝鲜伊蚊和中华按蚊。城市优势蚊种为淡色库蚊,占68.22%;农村优势种为刺扰伊蚊,占75.15%,农村住区蚊密度明显高于城市。未监测到乙脑传播媒介三带喙库蚊;蚊类活动高峰期为每年的8月上旬~9月上旬。结论本溪市住区宜于每年8月上旬~9月上旬加强蚊类防治工作,城市住区以淡色库蚊为主要防治对象,农村住区以刺扰伊蚊为主要防治对象。 Objective To understand the population structure and distribution of mosquitoes in Benxi, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of mosquitoes. Methods Light trap method was used to monitor the mosquito density of three places in Benxi city, hospitals and parks. Results The population of mosquitoes in settlements in Benxi City from 2001 to 2010 consisted of Culex pipiens pallens, Aedes albopictus, Aedes aegypti and Anopheles sinensis. The dominant species of mosquito are Culex pipiens pallens, accounting for 68.22%. The predominant species in rural areas are Aedes albopictus, accounting for 75.15%. The mosquito density in rural settlements is obviously higher than that in urban areas. Censuses of Culex tritaeniorhynchus were not detected in JE media; the peak of mosquito activity was from early August to early September each year. Conclusion The settlements in Benxi City should be strengthened by mosquito control from the beginning of August to the beginning of September of each year. Culex pipiens pallens mosquito is the main control object in urban settlements and Aedes mosquito is the main control object in rural settlements.
