本文概述了轻体房发展动向,论证了其特点与先进性,以及在我国应用发展的前景。综合利用工农业废料及廉价的自然资源,因地制宜地研制生产轻体高强、复合多功能的新型建材制品与构配件,采用框架轻板或轻体复合大板装配式建筑体系,其目的与关键在于降低轻体房造价并改善房屋的保温隔热与节能。笔者在营口等地所进行的试验建筑设计与施工,考察研究实践中已确认:此项新技术应用研究具有迫切性、先进性与可行性。
