随着社会的发展,居民生活水平提高,人们对汽车的使用量开始逐渐增加,更多人开始拥有私家车。汽车的生产和制造技术近些年也得到了很大的改善,很多的先进技术被使用从而提高了汽车的质量。但是汽车的涂装还是存在一定的缺陷,不但影响了汽车的外观,而且还会影响着汽车的整体质量。本文主要对现代汽车涂装过程中产生的质量缺陷以及原因进行讨论,并分析了相应的改善策略。
With the development of society and the improvement of living standards of residents, people’s use of automobiles has been gradually increasing, and more people have started to own private cars. Automobile production and manufacturing technology has also been greatly improved in recent years, a lot of advanced technology is used to improve the quality of the car. However, there are still some defects in painting the car, which not only affects the appearance of the car, but also affects the overall quality of the car. This article mainly discusses the quality defect and the reason of the modern automobile coating process, and analyzes the corresponding improvement strategy.
