为了提高我市工业生产技术水平,按照专业化和协作的原则,有些企业已经或将要改组成若干小厂,实行专业化生产。分厂以后,涉及职工生活福利的一些问题,都需要及时安排解决,以使企业的事务性工作大大减少,专心从事生产。这个调查报告,市人委已批转给各工业主管部门和各区参照执行。市区的每个街办事处也需要多动脑筋、多想办法,主动地协助企业解决问题,充分发挥生产后勤作用,支持工业生产新高潮。本报特予发表,供各街办事处研究参考。
In order to improve the technical level of industrial production in our city, according to the principle of specialization and cooperation, some enterprises have or will have to be reorganized into small factories to carry out specialized production. After the branch, involving some issues of life and welfare of workers, all need to be arranged in a timely manner so that the business affairs of the work greatly reduced, concentrate on the production.
