厚朴为理气要药,在脾胃气滞的组方中素负盛名。近十余年,在开发防治病毒性肝炎、肝纤维化及肝硬变等疾患的新药过程中,发现厚朴的有效成分之一厚朴酚具有较佳的药效。厚朴酚可从厚朴中提取、分离,也可通过人工合成方法获取。为探讨该药的药效及其作用机理,从亚细胞水平先后对两种途径所得的厚朴酚进行了以下五方面的研究,并取得两者相似的结果。一、厚朴酚对急性实验性肝损伤作用:具有降血清SGDT及降血氨氮的作用。光镜观
