国家经贸委日前就新形势下进一步推动企业自营进出口工作的有关问题发出通知,要求认真贯彻国家经贸委文件精神,做好生产企业进出口权登记制有关衔接工作。通知要求各地经贸委,要进一步加强自营企业的后期管理工作,建立自营企业数据库,自2001年 State Economic and Trade Commission recently issued a circular on issues related to further promoting the import and export of enterprises under the new situation. They urged the State Economic and Trade Commission to conscientiously implement the documentary spirit and do a good job in the convergence of the registration system for the import and export rights of manufacturing enterprises. The Circular requires that Economic and Trade commissions of all localities and departments should further strengthen the post-management work of self-operated enterprises and establish a database of self-employed enterprises since 2001
