我厂各种发动机上使用的密封油纸垫是采用辽阳造纸厂生产的密封垫纸板冲切加工的,规格有0.1~1毫米厚不等。长期以来冲切这种纸板,由于原材料本身存在表面不平整,翘曲,致密性差等缺陷,冲切一直存在裂纹、扎叠和松凸现象。冲切厚度≤0.3毫米的密封垫纸板时会在零件边缘较窄的地方产生裂纹和扎叠,如图1(a)所示,这种零件废品率达30~50%。而冲切厚度>0.3毫米的密封垫纸板时会在沿冲切边缘产生疏松凸起,如图1(b)所示,这种现象达80~90%。
