我学院实习工厂主要从事各种车铣类零件的加工作业，同时承接相关模具的设计及零件的研发工作，工厂的规模为中型企业。在刀具使用方面，主要选择中低端刀具，基于这一特点，现将实际生产中常见的问题总结如下。
