浙江省慈溪市祟寿乡有19个村,24,708个村民,94个村干部(含村支书、村主任,社长、治保调解干部、妇女主任、青年民兵干部)。以前,该乡的村干部报酬普遍较低,有的甚至几年未曾兑现,19个村的村支书享受月固定工资50元以上的仅6个村,月平均工资在30元左右的13个村,其他干部报酬更低,有的甚至还排不上号。针对上述情况,该乡党委和政府决定在1989年对全乡村干部实行误工报酬全乡统筹和考核
There are 19 villages, 24,708 villagers and 94 village cadres (including village party secretary, village chief, president, security and mediation cadre, women’s director and youth militia cadres) in Zanshou Township, Cixi City, Zhejiang Province.
