多年来对慢性非感染性前列腺炎的微生物病原体存在争论。本文在超声波指导下,通过会阴入路,取得前列腺活检组织作研究,以期发现慢性非感染性前列腺炎的病原体。慢性非感染性前列腺炎患者60例。全部患者2个月内未接受过抗生素治疗。年龄19～75(中位34)岁。以挤压前列腺分泌物(EPS)显微镜下由尿道(VB_1)及膀胱(VB_2)取尿,检查白细胞10个/1000倍高倍镜(HPF),或按摩后尿(VB_2)中白细胞5个/HPF者作为诊断标准。60例中,18例在 EPS 及 VB_3标本中有白细胞,
Over the years there has been debate about the microbial pathogens of chronic non-infectious prostatitis.
