70年代以来,我国先后引进和自行开发了一批不同类型的数控机床和NC系统,这些设备大多采用纸带阅读机和穿孔机传输程序和参数。据统计,这些数控设备的故障约有25%是由纸带阅读机、10%是由穿孔机造成的。此外,由于加工准备时间长,降低了设备的效率。这些设备本身仍具有较好的加工能力,但由于未配备与计算机的接口,不利于引入柔性制造系统(FMS)和计算机集成制造系统(CIMS),难于适应现代制造技术的发展,实现工厂自动化。
Since the 1970s, China has successively introduced and developed a number of different types of CNC machine tools and NC systems. Most of these devices use tape reading machines and piercing machines to transfer programs and parameters. According to statistics, about 25% of the failures of these numerical control equipment are caused by the tape reading machine and 10% by the punching machine. In addition, the efficiency of the equipment is reduced due to the long preparation time. These devices still have better processing capabilities, but are not suitable for the introduction of flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) and computer integrated manufacturing systems (CIMS) because they are not equipped with interfaces with computers, making it difficult to adapt to the development of modern manufacturing technology and realize factory automation.
