为了造价从业人员能接受工程算量工作模式的转变,并在实际工作中运用三维算量软件更准确高效地确定工程造价,以三维算量软件计算规则的开放性、图形分析的程序性、构件形式的局限性和报表分析的高效性,这三个特性为基础,结合造价从业人员传统的工作习惯进行了三维算量软件应用技巧的分析,并就软件的改进提出了建议。分析结果表明,造价从业人员需掌握一定的计算机制图技术,在充分掌握工程计量计价基本原理和三维算量软件应用技巧的基础上,灵活应用三维算量软件提高工作效率和质量。同时,对量难的问题将因信息化思维下新工作模式的转变而被解决,而为了适应市场需求,软件开发商可建立模型数据库平台,以提高建模的速度。
