目的:测定平喘方配方颗粒及传统汤剂颗粒中五味子醇甲的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Hypersil ODS_2柱,甲醇-水(40∶60)为流动相,检测波长251 nm。结果:五味子醇甲含量在(0.09~0.90)μg范围内与峰面积之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 5);五味子醇甲在小儿乎喘方配方颗粒中的平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.54%。结论:配方颗粒与传统汤剂颗粒的色谱图基本一致,配方颗粒中五味子醇甲含量高于传统汤剂颗粒。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of Schisandra chinensis A in formula granules and traditional decoction granules. Methods: Hypersil ODS_2 column and methanol - water (40:60) were used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 251 nm. Results: The linear relationship between the content of schizandrin and the peak area in the range of (0.09 ~ 0.90) μg was good (r = 0.999 5). The average recoveries of Schisandra chinensis was 100.5% Is 1.54%. Conclusion: The chromatogram of the formula granules is basically the same as the traditional decoction granules, and the content of schisandrin in the formula granules is higher than that of the traditional decoction granules.
