在新课改背景下,各地各学校掀起了新课改高潮,我校也积极实施了新课改——“341生态课堂”。即:“3”指三维目标:知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度价值观;“4”指四个环节:自主学习、合作探究、展示点评、评价与检测;“1”指一种理念:以学生为本。本文就是从学生自治,以生为本的角度来改变班主任管理工作,从而锻炼学生的管理能力与实践能力。
