在用16吨锻锤模锻GH36合金航空发动机一级盘和承力环时曾大量出现裂纹,造成了严重的经济损失。一级盘呈圆盘状,外径452毫米,裂纹出现在凹槽底部,呈圆圈断续分布(图1)。承力环呈“面盆”状,盆顶内径320毫米,盆底内径225毫米,裂纹绝大部份分布在内侧壁,呈纵向分布,极小部份出现在盆底内壁,呈无规则分布(图2)。这些裂纹都出现在上模面,即锤头直接冲击的表面。出厂模锻件在交使用厂复验时均未发现裂纹,但

The first disk was disk-shaped, with an outer diameter of 452 mm. Cracks appeared at the bottom of the groove and circled intermittently (Figure 1). The bearing ring was “basin-shaped” with the inner diameter of 320 mm and the inner diameter of 225 mm.
