急性重症胰腺炎起病急,病情凶险,近4年来采用中西医结合的方法治疗20例,较单纯西药治疗缩短了病程,减少了并发症,提高了治愈率,现将有关资料及体会报告如下.1 临床资料本组病例共20例,男14例,女6例;年龄13～67岁,其中年龄20～49岁者占86.5%.所有患者均符合<临床胃肠病学>急性胰腺炎重症型诊断标准,20例患者中,腹痛最短时间为3小时,最长为11天;中度发热13例,高热7例;B超提示:胰腺体积明显增大,为正常体积的1.5～2倍,形态饱满,实质回声减低,不均匀,胰腺周围可见少许液性暗区
