目的通过对某雷管生产线可能存在的职业病危害因素进行预评价,提出有效的防护对策和建议。方法根据国家相关标准,采用类比法和经验法相结合的原则进行评价。结果可比性较高的类比企业检测结果显示:铅尘和苯无超标,噪声最高为88.7 dB(A),超标率为59.26%。结论本项目属于严重职业病危害项目,如果做好个人防护,可以预防职业病的发生。从职业病防治角度分析,项目建设可行。
Objective To pre-evaluate the possible occupational hazards in a detonator production line and put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions. Methods According to the relevant national standards, the method of combining analogy with experience is used to evaluate. The results of the comparability of higher analog companies test results show that: lead dust and benzene are not exceeded, the highest noise 88.7 dB (A), 59.26% exceeded the rate. Conclusion This project is a serious occupational hazard project, if you do personal protection, you can prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases. From the perspective of occupational disease prevention and control, the project is feasible.
