利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及电子万能试验机对深冷处理前后ZQAl10-4-4铝青铜的微观组织、压缩断口形貌及抗压强度进行了观察与测试,探讨了深冷处理对ZQAl10-4-4铝青铜压缩性能的影响。结果表明,深冷处理能降低铸态铝青铜的抗压强度,深冷处理后再经600℃×5 min回火,铝青铜的抗压强度得到明显提高,铝青铜的显微组织与抗压强度有良好的对应关系。
The microstructure, compressive fracture morphology and compressive strength of ZQAl10-4-4 aluminum bronze before and after cryogenic treatment were observed and tested by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and electronic universal testing machine.
