基础教育改革的不断发展,对教师的专业能力提出了越来越高的要求。对农村教师而言,其专业素质虽已得到很大提高,但问题仍然存在,这使他们不能很好地适应课改的要求。校本教研是解决教师在课改中遇到的问题,提高课堂教学质量,促进教师专业化发展的有效途径。要想提高农村学校的教学质量,必须依靠校本教研,提高教师专业化水平,这是实现区域义务教育均衡化发展的关键。
The continuous development of the reform of basic education has set higher and higher requirements on the professional ability of teachers. For rural teachers, although their professional qualifications have been greatly improved, the problems still exist, which makes them unable to properly adapt to the requirements of curriculum reform. School-based teaching and research is to solve the problems encountered by teachers in the curriculum reform, improve classroom teaching quality, and promote teachers’ professional development an effective way. If we want to improve the quality of teaching in rural schools, we must rely on school-based teaching and research to improve the level of teacher professionalization, which is the key to achieving the balanced development of compulsory education in the region.
