利用N+2 A2 Πu X2 Σ+g(2 0 )Meinel带系谱线研究了速度调制光谱技术的特性。从理论和实验上考察了速度调制光谱信号强度与放电电流、放电气体的气压以及真空泵的泵速的关系。利用所获得的研究结果提高谱仪的灵敏度和分辨率达 3倍以上 ,实验运行开支节省 3/4左右。表明该实验研究具有重要的应用价值
The properties of velocity modulation spectroscopy have been studied using N + 2 A2 Πu X2 Σ + g (20) Meinel bands. The relationship between the speed modulation signal intensity and the discharge current, the pressure of the discharge gas and the pump speed of the vacuum pump was investigated theoretically and experimentally. By using the obtained results, the sensitivity and resolution of the spectrometer can be increased by more than 3 times, and the experimental running expenses can be saved by about 3/4. It shows that the experimental study has important application value
