通过道路试验查明了LZ6 4 0 0轻型客车行驶平顺性不十分理想的原因是后悬架刚度值偏大。通过建立 8自由度动力学模型和计算机模拟 ,计算出最佳的后悬架刚度值与阻尼匹配参数 ,然后对后悬架进行了改进设计。将改进的后钢板弹簧装车再次进行道路试验 ,结果表明 ,行驶平顺性得到很大的改善。
The road test shows that the reason why the ride comfort of the LZ6400 light-weight passenger car is not very satisfactory is that the rear suspension stiffness is too large. Through establishing 8-DOF dynamic model and computer simulation, the best rear suspension stiffness and damping matching parameters are calculated, and then the rear suspension is improved. The improved rear leaf spring loading road test again, the results show that ride comfort has been greatly improved.
