目的报道1例临床罕见的原发多发性睾丸鞘膜血管平滑肌瘤,提高阴囊包块的认知水平。方法回顾1例睾丸鞘膜血管平滑肌瘤的诊疗资料。结果手术切除肿瘤及睾丸鞘膜,保留睾丸及附睾。病理诊断为血管平滑肌瘤。随访15个月无复发。结论睾丸鞘膜血管平滑肌瘤罕见,确诊需病理诊断;手术切除肿瘤预后良好。
Objective To report a rare case of clinical primary multiple sclerosing tumorous capillaries of the testis and increase the cognitive level of the scrotal mass. Methods 1 case of testicular sheath vascular angiomyolipoma diagnosis and treatment data. Results Surgical removal of tumor and testicular sheath, retaining testis and epididymis. Pathological diagnosis of vascular smooth muscle tumor. Follow-up 15 months without recurrence. Conclusion The testicular sheath vascular smooth muscle tumor is rare and the pathological diagnosis is required. The surgical resection of the tumor has a good prognosis.
