在不断完善社会主义市场经济体制的影响下,我国能源产业的支柱部门已经由电力企业所承担了,为了保证电力企业自身的竞争能力和迎接市场挑战的能力不断增强,其改革必须与时代要求相一致。在增强企业自身实力、科技实力等硬竞争能力的同时还要不断使企业的竞争软实力——企业文化得到增强。在本文中,笔者首先对存在于电力企业文化中的问题进行分析,在此基础上提出建设电力企业文化的途径。
