随着近年来我国经济的发展,和社会发展的变化。石油企业要在市场全球化和经济一体化的国际竞争中,求得生存与发展,就必须从企业层面进行管理创新。本文论述了目前我国石油企业管理创新的必要性和现实意义,在此基础上提出了解决问题的基本途径,这对提高石油企业管理创新的能力和水平有一定的指导意义。
With the economic development in our country in recent years and the changes in social development. To survive and develop in the international competition of market globalization and economic integration, the petroleum enterprises must make management innovation from the enterprise level. This paper discusses the necessity and practical significance of the management innovation of petroleum enterprises in our country at present. Based on this, it puts forward the basic ways to solve the problems, which is of guiding significance for improving the ability and level of management innovation of petroleum enterprises.
