利用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增强物质,研究了人工调控下东北常见的藜和碱地肤2种盐生植物和豚草、三裂叶豚草2种非盐生植物对混合盐胁迫的形态响应特点,同时探讨了SOD活性增强物质对植物抗盐性的影响。结果表明:盐生植物和非盐生植物在高浓度混合盐胁迫时,显著影响了植株高度和叶片的长度,非盐生植物相比盐生植物受到的影响相对较重,SOD活性增强物质能够颉颃混合盐胁迫对植物的危害,盐生植物相对非盐生植物更为敏感。这可能和盐生植物SOD活性往往较高,致使得植物盐害得到有效修复有关。
Utilizing the activity enhancing substance of superoxide dismutase (SOD), we studied the effects of artificial salt stress control on salt stress of two kinds of halophytes and ragweed, The morphological response characteristics of SOD were also discussed. The effects of SOD activity enhancing substances on salt tolerance of plants were also discussed. The results showed that both halophytes and non-halophytes significantly affected plant height and leaf length under salt stress with high concentration. Compared with halophytes, non-halophytes were more affected, SOD activity enhancing substances could Antagonistic effects of salt stress on plants, halophytes are more sensitive than non-halophytes. This may be related to the higher SOD activity of halophytes, resulting in the effective restoration of plant salt damage.
