定量评定矿石中温石棉的品位,有两种并行的分析方法,即在矿床勘探时应用的地质分析方法和在矿床开采时应用的矿山分析方法。这些方法早在三十年代就制定了,并且至今没有实质性的变化。两种方法均为机械方法,包括样品的连续多段破碎,每段作业后的纤维分离、回收以及接着在筛子仔细净化,直到获得与废石杂质分离的纯净石棉。这两种方法的原则区别在于纤维的分离方法和按长度分级方法的不同。按照地质分析方法,纤维需根据解离程度在筛孔大小为8、6、4、2.8、1.6、0.5
There are two parallel analytical methods for quantitatively assessing the grade of asbestos in ores, namely, the geologic analysis method used in prospecting and the mine analysis method applied in the mining of the deposit. These methods were formulated as early as the thirties and have not materially changed so far. Both methods are mechanical methods, including continuous multi-stage crushing of the sample, fiber separation, recovery after each work-up, and then careful purification in a sieve until pure asbestos is separated from the waste rock impurities. The principle difference between these two methods is the difference between the fiber separation method and the length classification method. According to geological analysis method, the fiber should be based on the degree of dissociation in the sieve size of 8,6,4,2.8,1.6,0.5
