以硼酸甘油酯为中间体,采用KNO3/ZrO2作催化剂,合成单硬脂酸甘油酯。利用正交试验探讨物料摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对单硬脂酸甘油酯含量的影响。结果表明:影响单硬脂酸甘油酯含量的因素主次顺序为:物料摩尔比>反应温度>反应时间>催化剂用量;最佳合成条件为当物料摩尔比(中间体:硬脂酸)=6:1、反应温度230℃、反应时间1.2h、催化剂用量2.5%(相对硬脂酸质量分数)。在最佳条件下单硬脂酸甘油酯含量为66%。
Using boric acid glyceride as intermediate and KNO3 / ZrO2 as catalyst, glyceryl monostearate was synthesized. The effects of molar ratio of materials, reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of catalyst on the content of glycerol monostearate were investigated by orthogonal test. The results showed that the main order of the factors influencing the content of glycerol monostearate was as follows: material molar ratio> reaction temperature> reaction time> catalyst dosage. The optimal synthesis conditions were as follows: molar ratio of material : 1, reaction temperature 230 ℃, reaction time 1.2h, catalyst dosage 2.5% (relative stearic acid mass fraction). Under the optimum conditions, the content of glycerol monostearate is 66%.
